Hi, I'm Coach APM, India's leading Communication Coach.

In my 16 years of successful corporate career, I, Ajay Prakash Mishra, commonly known as Coach APM, worked for MNCs and Conglomerate like Adobe, CSC, Aditya Birla group (Hindalco) & Ground Truth (xAd Inc.) in India and abroad donning many leadership roles.  This journey wasn’t rewarding since the start.

During my initial days in corporate, I found myself struggling to put my thoughts forward confidently in the meetings. I always used to end up overthinking and kept missing the speaking opportunities. I was good at my work so it used to bring some career growth to me but I knew that I could grow a lot more. I was missing that because I was not communicating as much as I should have.

After a few setbacks, I made a decision that I won’t allow this problem of communication skills, stop my career growth. I started putting in efforts day and night to become a confident communicator. And it worked, it gave me opportunities to work for MNCs like Adobe, mature start-ups like GroundTruth (then xAd Inc.) in India and abroad.

And after successfully working for corporate for 16 years, I took one more decision and this time, the decision was for others, I decided that I won’t let anyone remain stagnant in his/her career because of not-so-good communication skills. I took an oath to help minimum 100,000 people in their career growth by making them a confident communicator. So that they can speak their ideas and thoughts confidently and speak like a leader.
